RecommendedI have a 2011 Sonata, which has had many recalls. Unfortunately my vehicle was one that was affected by "catastrophic engine failure". Upon reading many mixed reviews I learned that Hyundai was less than eager to take 100% responsibility for a flawed design, but that wasn't the case for my vehicle. Pat is the best 💯. Very helpful and understanding
I just recently bought a new car from Hyundai on Perryville and they were excellent. Nicolette Shiflett took great care of me. Buying a new car is difficult and a big decision. Even though I went there 3 times, drove a few cars, and took time to make my final decision, she was very patient with me. Pat was also very kind showing me how to use all the feature in the car too. I love my car and I'm happy with the customer service I received too.
Traded in my 99 Elantra for a 2013 Elantra in January 2014. Worked with Pat Carter, she was very helpful and made my first car purchase experience very smooth and easy to understand. I definitely tell people to go see Pat if they are looking for a Hyundai. Even after I bought my car, Pat was always friendly and responded right away to any customer service issues I had.
We just bought our second vehicle from this place. It was a great experience. David Frye is the guy you should see about a new or gently used deal! They aren’t pushy at all in our opinions. We also love dealing with Jim in the finance office. They just make it all so easy! We will be back again!
