RecommendedWe went to another dealership in town and they gave us the run around so we decided to stop by Hyundai of Yuma and soo glad we did. We went in on a Sunday and Jairo showed us a few Dodge Ram trucks they had on the lot and he even drove us over to the Kia lot to look at a truck there. Although our purchasing experience was great our service department experience has not been. Going on day 3 and have not received an answer to what is exactly wrong with our vehicle or an estimated timeframe of repair. Calls have either not been returned in a timely manner and we had to show up to attempt to retrieve answers to which we were still not given an answer.
Very friendly, caring and helpful staff. Felix is a great sales person. Really went to bat for us.
