the sales associates and sales manger at hyundai will make empty promises and say yes to anything just to get you in the doors. Once you go in they hit you with a but or we cant do this for such and such reason. Its just shady business practices.

Purchased a 2020 vehicle several months ago. Apparently pre-sale service checks are NOT important to these folks. 1)Wiper fluid empty 2) Coolant overflow tank extremely low 3)Under Side Engine Debris Cover was missing 4 plastic thumb screws, shroud was bouncing up and down while driving. Corrected 4) Right wheel inner cover missing thumb screws. 5) I dont enjoy spending 3.5 hours waiting for a 10 minute oil change, so I WONT!

We went to another dealership in town and they gave us the run around so we decided to stop by Hyundai of Yuma and soo glad we did. We went in on a Sunday and Jairo showed us a few Dodge Ram trucks they had on the lot and he even drove us over to the Kia lot to look at a truck there. By Monday afternoon we drove off the lot in our 2019 Dodge Ram Big Horn truck!! There was never any pressure from Jairo and he made our buying experience GREAT!!
