Sir you are wrong, the guy who sold me the extended warranty told me all the suspension was covered,I even called the warranty company and they told me they knew it had a lift kit on it,And the truck was not sold as is,it had a 90 day warranty from your dealership, So you can try to spin this ,but your people didn't do a proper inspection on this truck and when you did the repairs it was worse than when I bought it, And I even tried to pay for half of the cost to repair it the right way,
Salesman showed me a paper that my trade in was worth $925, which was way under Kelly Blue Book for my car and condition. He led me to believe that's what they were giving me, then only gave me $300 on the paperwork. When I questionned him, he said, "I didn't say that." I asked for the manager, who wasn't present during the sale, and he said, "He didn't say that." I would recommend just driving by them and finding your car elsewhere. I really don't know how they sleep at night.
We hate to car shop!! This is by far the easiest/least frustrating experience we have ever had. Our salesperson Jay was the best to deal with and we told him up front we hated shopping and didn't want to be there all day. He obliged and the whole staff gets a 5 star from the salesperson/ to the manager/ to the paperwork guy! Highly recommend!!
