Great fast service when my fuel pump gave out. I had to have the car towed but had it back in running order in less than 3 hours. I was truly impressed!

My friend's car is a lemon and this dealership won't make it right. 3 engineers and the third is leaking oil already. not ok.
My daughter bought a 2015 Hyundai Tucson At 36,000 miles the engine blew she waited two and a half months to get it back she took it home and it was leaking oil she took it back and they had to replace the oil pan she got it back and 5 days later the engine blew again I was leasing a 2015 Hyundai myself when my lease was up I gave it back I want no part of a Hyundai and will let any one that is looking at them know all the trouble my daughter has had with hers she also got a print out of all the things that had been done to ... read more

I am extremely disappointed with Hyundai of Newport. I had issues with my fan control, and they fixed it under warranty. I week later it broke again, and they refused to fix it as I had passed 60,000 miles, even though the new part they had replaced had failed. No honor or pride in the work they do. After a few months with no heat or AC, I went in and decided to fix it myself. Turns out that HON had replaced the part, but the mechanic had a heavy hand and broke the fan controller, a tab was snapped in half. What concerned me... read more
