I was on vacation in Newport when my 2008 Sante Fe died. No rental agencies had vehicles so my trip was about to be ruined. The tow truck driver wanted to take my car to a small repair station, but I requested the Hyundai dealer, as I have good luck with them back at home. Not only were they friendly and courteous, they fixed the problem the same day and gave me a loaner at NO CHARGE! I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone needing service. This is my 5th Hyundai for a reason!!

Great dealership! The sales guys aren't pushy, and the service department is very polite and thorough. I bought my 2012 Accent, which I was leasing, and they were great throughout the entire process. I left the lot happy with a freshly washed and detailed car with a bottle of water and a cookie :) Great group of people.
Service Dept at Hyundai of Newport is great!! Everytime I bring my car to the Service Dept they work on the car right away, it is not sitting there all day like at other places I've brought my previous cars to. They thoroughly explain the problem and they have the car ready when they say it's going to be ready; other places I have had to tell them I need the car back by a certain time just to get a fire going under their rumps.
