I have a 2012 Sonata. There was an engine recall, and this dealership, let alone Hyundai itself, is telling me that my car is not burning excessive oil. This dealer, and Patricia, have told me multiple times to drive the car until I reach 1,000 miles, well how am I supposed to drive a car that has ZERO oil in it, on a highway, WITHOUT causing a major accident, or getting hurt myself? Very disappointed with the service from this place, they had be come back 2x for the same issue. I was told it was the tires for my car and i bought new tires from them and my car still has the issue of making a noise. I had called and left a vm soon as i left and how someone would return my call and no one did. I called the next day and they just told me to bring it in asap and i told them i could not since i took time off work to go see them. I live an hour away from the dealership. The experience that I had with this company was very unprofessional and should not happen to anyone else. I had the car already picked out and I was due to pick the car up at 4pm. at 12:30 I get a car saying that the car did not pass inspection and had so many things wrong with it that they were sending it to auction. I was just there the night before. They were letting people test drive this car when it was unsafe. This was a beautiful car and I was so excited. I live in **************, and I purchased my Hyundai Sonata Sport Turbo from Hyundai of New Port Richey Certified Used Cars just a little over 2 years ago. Albeit I have a Hyundai dealer and service department just 3.7 miles from me, I gladly drive just over an hour and the **** miles ***** to New Port Richey to get my car serviced. Glenn L. was a horrible internet sales manager to deal with. He was very unprofessional with the process and gave me false hope of obtaining a vehicle. He ran my credit and was about to take my payment until I asked him a few more things regarding the condition of the vehicle before I put down my hard earned money. It was not my intention to offend him, but he sure did take it that way and told me to stop communicating with him.
