The worst ever. Stay away. My refund is over 20 days late, Over payment was issued at the time of payoff, and its been 20 days since they received the payoff, and still yet to pay me back. I called every day, and payment status still showing as pending, I even spoke to a supervisor who didn't have any answers and kept telling me to call back to check on the payment status because they were going to send an email to ask about the delay. Dealership sold a lemon bread new 2019 car. Within 6 months the car started malfunctioning stopping when there was nothing to stop for. After 2 years of fighting and this issue causing a literal car accident Hyundai of new port Richey only after being threatened with media decided to take the car for 9 MONTHS "trying to fix the issue" instead they advised me I was just over the lemon law 2 year requirement and refused to do anything further besides fix the DAMAGE they caused in their lot by HITTING my vehicle and leaving the... read more

I recently purchased a new Palisade from Hyundai of New Port Richey, and I must say it was the best car-buying experience I've ever had. Despite some negative reviews I found, I decided to give this dealership a chance, and I'm so glad I did. My recommendation is to not let online reviews deter you from considering this dealership. Take the opportunity to experience it for yourself and form your own opinion.

I bought a brand new Hyundai Elantra 2018. With a warranty of 10 yrs/100,000 miles. I just finished paying off the loan and I have a loud, cold start ticking noise. It has a ******* miles on it and found scrap metal in the oil filter. Had all oil changes done at Hyundai so now Im out of a car. My third Hyundai and Im done. They refuse to help me.

Took my 2015 ******here due to a service campaign that came up when my check engine light came on and they scanned it at my mechanic. Took my car in and was told 3 days in a row that my car fell into the fully covered engine repair and that it would be fully covered by Hyundai and that I was getting it all repaired just had to go through the steps. My car had every single symptom of this engine failure and on the 4th day I got a call that my car went to a different technician and now it’s not the original engine recall it’s ... read more

Simply Awesome!!! Went to the wrong Hyundia dealership 1st.... Ended up @ New Port Hyundia to take care of the problems a ST Pete dealer created... nuff said. Great prices, huge selection... The real deal was salesman Lamont Gardner actually KNOWS his product. Terrific service AFTER the sale., just not a number once over the curb... The unit (Palisade) is loaded with Hi-Tech features and without instructions, and a little AFTER the sale support, most buyers will never even know of the capabilities. If you have a 2016 Hyundai Elantra and are having an oil consumption issue DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO HYUNDAI OF NEW PORT RICHEY. Hyundai corporation had a class action to replace the faulty engine in 2016 Elantras. In our case the dealership test the engine and our car came up with the code for this issue. We filed a claim with Hyundai National Consumer Affairs and got denied. Not only did the engine need to be replaced ($10,000) because of the oil consumption issue it destroyed the catalytic converter ($3,500) which had to be... read more
