I purchased a new 2017 Hyundai Elantra 3 weeks ago. I was pulled over by a policeman on Saturday to tell me that the break light was out. I noticed that there was a light on the dashboard so I brought it to them today. I was told that it was "an electrical problem". It took over 4 hours to find out what it was. Replaced recalled parts on my mother's car, two weeks later she picks it up, loose gear shift. They say it was previously loose. (lie) she makes it half a mile from the dealership, car dies. Won't start. Call them...they say it ran when they were finished with it and it must be something else, and that they will only look at it as a new problem and not one they are at fault for. Kept paperwork, took some videos, contacted attorney. Stay away. Absolute liars and crooks.

Spoke to CJ about a car. He was nice, friendly and funny. Also spoke to Matt (Lolo) about financing. Again, great guy. While signing paperwork, other employees made sure to entertain my wild 4 yr old twin boys so my husband and I could get all of our paperwork finished. My boys said they wanted to come back tomorrow to play with the staff. Nice people. Relaxed atmosphere. Try it out!
