I am writing this honest review because i am fed up with the vehicle that i am leasing from this location. We agreed on a 2025 Hyundai Ioniq 5 limited, brand new right off the delivery truck, and within 8 months, the ICCU went out and was in repair for a month and a half. Recently we took it in the shop for the vehicle drawing dead randomly when it still had power, leaving us stranded on multiple occasions. I went for a state inspection for my 2 cars...my service representative was Andrew M.. and he was the BEST REPRESENTATIVE EVER ...he was so courteous and respectful....and always keeping me updated as to what was going on with my vehicles...KUDOS TO ANDREW M..
I've purchased two vehicles at Hyundai of Hampton and would recommend anyone interested in purchasing any vehicle to check them out. Great service and reliability, service personnel are straight forward no BS when it comes to maintenance and repairs. Sales manager and staff are too notch.
