Been coming here for years with our multiple Hyundai vehicles. The staff at check in (Matt and Valencia) have always been very helpful and communication is good with updates and issues. The mechanics do a great job. Prices for services and parts are a bit on the pricey side. Here is what needs to improve. When make an appointment don't expect your vehicle to be taken care of at that time. I was once told that was the time to check in your vehicle. The shuttle drivers Steven and Kenny are really nice. I brought in my car for the first time. I’ve been to this location once before to inquire about services. Each time I have been here, none of the people (the women advisors) speak when you come in. That bothers me. Here folks are coming in for service and you are working in customer service as advisors and yall do not even greet folks or are warm or welcoming when they come in for the first time. Would like to know why it is when you sign those paper when you pick up you car you only get the on copy. If I have to sign for it, I want a copy of it.
Heather the service rep was amazing. Very communicative and supportive. I took my new palisade in for warranty work and they found a repair error made by the other dealer. Very appreciative and will be switching service to Hampton.
