I called the Hyundai Headquarter Customer service , and verified that I have an Oil change with this Location. Upon, coming there , talking to the service advisor , found out that they do not have any knowledge of such a case . I asked for the manager , the customer service ignored . This post is more about the Hyundai corporate office rather than the Hampton Hyundai dealership. The dealership was very nice and as helpful as they could be. Hyundai put a particular engine in the Santa Fe Sport (maybe more models too), that loses power and seizes up causing the vehicle to just stop. This happened to me and left me stranded on the interstate. It's a good thing I was able to get to safety, the vehicle stopped accelerating and just shut off, ON THE INTERSTATE! Do NOT buy a car here. I purchased a used car and traded in my old vehicle on May 5, 2025 and paid the dealership $900 to handle the title transfer and paperwork.
