Great customer service and very easy processing my new vehicle purchase.
Save yourself hours of nonsense..Terrible service. Don’t matter if you have an appointment or not it took them 4 hours to do a routine oil change and tire rotation. I was told “there were a lot of waiters” and that is my problem how? Everyone literally came and left while I was still there…. Don’t have open appointments if you can’t do them in a timely manner. I would have rather paid 150 bucks than a free service that took my whole day up. If I had known I would have left the car there and gone home. Very irritated. And the... read more
I called the Hyundai Headquarter Customer service , and verified that I have an Oil change with this Location. Upon, coming there , talking to the service advisor , found out that they do not have any knowledge of such a case . I asked for the manager , the customer service ignored . The Service Director showed up and refused service as well . I wasted my time , and called Hyundai again to verify that my oil change is free , which they verified again as yes ! This post is more about the Hyundai corporate office rather than the Hampton Hyundai dealership. The dealership was very nice and as helpful as they could be. Hyundai put a particular engine in the Santa Fe Sport (maybe more models too), that loses power and seizes up causing the vehicle to just stop. This happened to me and left me stranded on the interstate. It's a good thing I was able to get to safety, the vehicle stopped accelerating and just shut off, ON THE INTERSTATE!
