I had a very frustrating experience with Downtown Hyundai. The entire process felt extremely unorganized from start to finish. Every person I spoke with gave me different information, which made it difficult to understand what was actually going on. Communication was especially poor. I had a frustrating experience at Hyundai of Downtown Los Angeles yesterday (March 10). I checked in at 10:20 AM and got a brief update at 12:00 PM. After that, I didn't hear a single word for over 3 hours. When I went to check, my car was already sitting in the parking lot, finished. I asked the female advisor for a status, and she LIED to my face, saying they were "still working on it." She only "realized" it was done after she saw me standing by my car outside. Great customer service! Easy online scheduling, Jose helped me and was super polite abd helpful, shuttle drove ne home. Even sent ne a video walk through of the work they performed. Will definitely be back!
지금 내 언니가 오일체인지 하러 갔다가 6시간 가까이 기다렸는데 어떤 설명도 사과도 없었습니다. 진짜 최악입니다. 다른 분도 5시간 기다리다가 그냥 돌아가며 현대차 다시는 안산다고 했다고 합니다.
AVOID THIS SERVICE DEPT -- another disappointing experience here, I have been at this location for over 4 years with several leases today had to been the most frustrating simply because I could not get an accurate status of my vehicle.
