2013 Hyundai Sonata, came in for a new tire and the latest recall fix. I pay for labor done and then go to leave and realized that they broke my drivers widow switch and then tell me that, I’ve gotta pay for the part they’ll pay for labor. As they stated at first as confronted that the technician didn’t touch the window switch then they turn around saying the technician said it broke on him during service. Poor customer care!👎🏻

My husband and I were referred by my sister and told to see Donnie Jordan. He we waiting for us when we got there and already had a car pulled up front that he thought we would like! And he was right! We were trading our daughter’s car for a new Elantra!! The whole process went smoothly and everyone was so friendly!! She loves her new car and we loved the service!!
