I was contacterd by a very friendly staff member when I sent an availability request. I never made it out to the dealership to look at the vehicle however before I was notified it sold.

Terrible communication. Price was not accurate as listed. The associates I dealt with were not helpful at all.
I recently purchased a 2024 Honda Accord Hybrid Touring from this dealership. Overall the car itself is great and the price advertised was $27,898 they then tacked on nonsense fees, we then agreed on $29,500, which I felt was fair for the vehicle. What left a bad taste in my mouth was the way the final numbers were handled. After shaking hands on the price, the dealership added a dealer fee and a loan fee that I was told earlier would be waived. The car did not work for me as the seats were not comfortable at all. However, the salesman whose name was Gage was extremely helpful and courteous. They had other vehicles available however, those did not suit my needs. I talked to the sales manager named Clinton and he was helpful as well. I would not have an issue buying a vehicle from them it’s just that the car would not work for me.

Communication is horrible. Price on the vehicle suddenly went up in price after I got pre-qualified for financing. I've had to go through the same questions with three different representatives all of which told me someone would call me back in a few minutes, which never happend any of the times. I just keep getting e-mails from 3 different reps even after requesting I would rather communicate through text or talking over the phone.
