Didn’t have car I wanted when they said they had it. Then car smelt like smoke the showed. Waste of time

This dealership gave me a final price of almost $40000 and would not negotiate on price. Basiclly here's the price take it or leave it. Then gave me a low trade in offer $4000 and said I would be lucky to get more. Well a small used car dealer gave me $6500. I would not recommend this dealership.

Paul, we do price our cars at a huge discount upfront online at 98% of the market and the trade ins are evaluated by CarFax based on the history of the vehicle. I am not sure what the markup the small dealer had or what the actual cash value that he actually appraised it for. We do apologize for missing your business. Cam Stewart-Owner

The dealership transfered the vehicle to another dealership in Heritage dealership and sold it as I was signing the paperwork.

The salesman told me he would not accept any pre-approvals from car gurus or credit unions for this car. So I looked into finacing through them and the best they could offer me was double what I was pre approved for. The car salesman with the fake teeth repeatedly lied to me he is an absolute crook. Watch out for this place. They live up to all the typical stereotypes of shady car salesman.

I went to the dealership to look at the car. But a young lady was taking it for a test drive. Well needless to say.She bought it. But the salesman,Frank told me about a 2023 Tucson SEL. I wanted a red car .Both cars were red after looking at the other car and going back and forth a few times. We were able to come a deal for my car and the new one. I am very happy with my new car. It’s nice when you get what you want .

The sales team responded quickly. Salesman Jon C. sent me pictures and a video of the vehicle. I am laid up due to injury, He was patient and understanding. So I had problems taking items off my trade in Jon went above and beyond to get those parts for me himself. He kept me updated on all paperwork then brought the Gladiator to my house.

I was contacterd by a very friendly staff member when I sent an availability request. I never made it out to the dealership to look at the vehicle however before I was notified it sold.
