This dealership took advantage of an old man who had just lost his wife to cancer. They overcharged, lied about services, charged a higher rate than his credit score should have been. Shame on all of you for this!
I’ve had really great customer service. My car that I had for four years bought brand new from another company was fully electric and it blew up and locked me inside of it. Two weeks ago these guys were amazing and helpful. Mrs. Shay was our sales person and she went above and beyond and listen to everything we could not have asked for better customer service from everyone there and everybody worked as a family. Today Jessica and Andrew assisted us at Vaden. Jessica gave us advice on when we should have our next service (we were 3,000 miles too early) and Andrew reset our maintenance notification. They were friendly, professional and helpful. Employees to keep!
