I am huge on making a phone call before getting someone's attention through a review, but sadly, here we are. My son's hyundai hybird went to Vaden in February because the engine failed. The first 6 weeks the staffed forgot the car was even there. They then explained they lost the keys to it. Story as it was by them it took another 6 weeks to get a replacement key for it. After visiting many Hyundai dealerships in many states to get help on a very safety issue covered under warranty I visited Vaden HYUNDAI Dealership in Brunswick Georgia. My husband and I went here to check out a couple of specific vehicles we had in mind. We walked in thinking we wanted a specific one, but of course ended up with something completely different. But, that was on us. Antonio, the staff member we worked with, was so great about helping us through the process. He was down to earth and really allowed us to explore what we wanted to without feeling any of the stereotypical 'pressure' that one may feel at a dealership. The service department is perhaps the worst service department of any I have had to deal with. Had to track down someone to acknowledge I was there for a scheduled appointment and that person had an attitude problem. We paid extra in our warranty for a loaner when the work was going to take long and as is always the case no loaner vehicle was available. The worst experience I've had for vehicle service at a dealership. I brought it in for an A/C repair and was told it was a slow leak. Needed to recharge the system, add dye to find the leak. Costing $350, the A/C died in 24 hours. Couldn't get another appointment for a week and a half, took it to 8:00AM on Saturday and said they were short mechanics couldn't make the appointment. Finally, they took the car in. They finally diagnosed the problem. The A/C evaporator needed to be replaced. Fine, signed saying do the work. Two b... read more
