I took my 2020 Hyundai Sonata to Vaden Hyundai in Brunswick for service on January 2nd, 2025, due to engine hesitation. After several months and multiple misdiagnoses, I was finally told the car was repaired. I paid $350 and drove the car home. Unfortunately, the original problem persisted immediately. The car was not fixed. I am extremely disappointed with the service department. They held my car for months, misdiagnosed the issue, and ultimately failed to repair it.
