Do not bring your Hyundai in for warranty service here, especially if you are a woman, because they will take advantage of you as severely as possible. My wife went in for some end of warranty work and not only would they not even do a full diagnostic on what is clearly a burning oil issue, they asked for 50 receipts for oil to even consider it. They then had the utter gall to charge a $219.00 diagnostic fee. We need to run dishonest businesses like this out of the Valley.

Unfortunately Hyundai corporate tells us what to do regarding oil comsumption issues. If hyundai wants receipts? that is what is required. Now, there is a diagnostic fee everyone pays to have their car looked at and the technicians do not work for free. Upon receipt of the receipts and hyundai approves? Then the diagnosis fee goes away once hyundai approves the consumption issue.
My Sonata has had engine issues. I have purchased 2 new cars from them and will never buy another. My engine was using 3 quarts of oil a week. The engine for my year car was recalled and they have been replacing engines all along. My engine seized up at 166.000 miles and they refuse to replace motor.
i order parts and next day i cancel order but i have not refund my payment to many call but not responce and cuestemor talking look like rud so i send message but not answer i have stuck my money 930 dollar so i start to call and message i am not happy to purcahse ietam with this company
Ordered a part because their website is supposed to locate the correct part when you input your VIN. I entered my VINand the wrong part was sent. When I requested a refund I was told I didn't enter my VIN. That's false that is the whole reason I ordered from their website. When I then called I was told that I have to supply return shipping and I'll have to wait for a return while they asses the part when it comes back. Bought a new car there, dealership messed up first contract,had to go in again,hard ended up being totaled a few months later n we find out they ,without our consent had canceled the gap insurance and extended warranty??? Calls get bs excuses,Brooke's the gm refuses to answer calls
No refund from the parts department for wrong parts ordered and sent back, No communication from the company at all emails, phone calls, etc. Do not shop for parts online from this dealer!
Service department is disorganized and incompetent. Has cost me four 1/2 days of work because they cannot start or complete warranty work on time. One service advisor asked me what work they had done; like I could tap into their computer system and find out.
They have a HUGE sign saying free old change and state inspection no matter where you got your Hyundai however when you call for an appointment they say the sign is misleading and it’s only for people who buy from them. That’s classic bait and switch. It’s wrong to do people like that. If they aren’t gonna honor what the sign says they should take it down. I have a photo of the sign but don’t see where I can upload it on here.
