Customer service is outstanding!
My parents have issues no matter what they go in for and unfortunately bought an extended warranty and must deal with them. The mechanics are rude and the staff unhelpful. I called Thursday to place a complaint and spoke to a wonderful woman who seemed to understand my issue but no one has bothered to call me back. Because of their issues we vocally steer people away from Joe Holland's car lots. We purchased a 2019 Santa Fe Ultimate. This is the fifth Hyundai We have purchased from Joe Holland. We have been very please with the vehicles and the service we get at the dealership.
