Never trust this place !!! They will say whatever it takes to get you up there and will NOT keep their word !!!! Left here and went to another dealership and got what we wanted !!
RecommendedI broke down on the hwy in the middle of the night over 300+ miles away from home heading on vacation. Had my car towed to Hyundai of Jasper. I have never experienced the most nicest people. they where so helpful making sure I got a rental car to finish my vacation and to make sure my car is fixed when I get back that way.. amazing people thank you so much for making sure I was able to enjoy my vacation. I bought a brand new car been leaking oil since I bought it talked to several people in service dept and who I bought it from they kept telling me part wasn’t under warranty so I called muscle shoals same thing. Well since I’ve had this car it’s been eating my left front tire up like crazy done put about 5 sets on there. Hyundai of Jasper Service Department: We brought our 2012 Santa Fe to you back in September 2018. I was pleased that Hyundai committed to replace our engine that seized up—but the engine was on back order; so our car was setting up for six months- which is never good for a vehicle to set up that long.
