A bizarre experience. A hapless salesperson and management with nonstop misinformation and hours of my time. I called ahead with the used car type I was looking for. Then onsite they couldn’t find the car. They’re building a new building, so most cars are in offsite lots miles away from dealership. Understandable, but why not tell me what’s going on? Great car experience the last few days. This is by far the easiest car purchase I have had (and I have had several) The atmosphere was not your typical high pressure push from the second you stopped your car but instead very laid back and welcoming. Cole was matter of fact and not pushy for the sale but worked at getting me what I wanted. Jake in finance was quick and easy to work with. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle, I highly recommend this dealership! Ask for Nick Albino! He was amazing, patient and friendly! The buying experience was the best I have ever had with a dealership! I told him what I could do and what I couldn't do, and he delivered! My salesperson Omar Nsour was the most professional, knowledgeable and helpful person I have ever worked with in purchasing a new vehicle. He was enthusiastic but not pushy in any way. I have purchased many new cars in my life, and many Hyundai's and this dealership and their entire team is a 10 out of 10. They deliver what they promise and don't make promises that they are not sure they can keep. What more could you ask for in this stressful process?
