Betten Hyundai in Muskegon completed a warranty replacement of a leaking rear shock on a Tucson Hybrid. With 32K miles, I was told it had to be evaluated at a dealer to determine whether it could be warranty claim. After waiting a little longer than I expected, Matt Dean came back and advised that it was determined to be covered by warranty and since they had two shocks in stock they went ahead and replaced both rear shocks (as recommended). I ended up having to have my Santa Fe towed here over the weekend since this was the closest dealership (while we were 3hrs away on vacation no less 😵‍💫), and the service department went above and beyond my expectations!! Matt was incredible with his communication, knowledge, and eagerness to get me back on the road. Between the customer service, the super quick turnaround time, and the excellent repair - this dealership was honestly worth the 2hr drive to pick up my car. I absolutely would recommend.

We brought our Tucson here after the engine began knocking at around 36,000 miles, which was fortunately covered under warranty, after 3 months of surviving with just one vehicle, they finally gave it back to us with low coolant. Same vehicle is now at 57,000 miles with loss of engine power and won't go over 2200 RPMs. Now they are saying they can't even get it into the shop for 6 to 8 weeks. Would only recommend Betten or Hyundai to my worst enemy.

I drove three hours to Betten Hyundai in Muskegon to purchase my vehicle, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From beginning to end, Chip was absolutely wonderful to work with.
