Very poor customer service from Hunter. Does not return phone calls. I contacted used car salesperson but Hunter tool over process. Deceptive pricing on CarGurus.

We are from Iowa but in Michigan on vacation. Our 2025 Palisade with less than 40k miles started being rough as it went through the gears during acceleration. After some back and forth with the dealer we bought the car from and a garage here in Michigan it was determined a Hyundai dealer needed to perform a “judder test” in order to determine the cause and severity of the issue. I've never ever seen a place like this charge you $150 for an oil change. Even those places change oil quickly; never charge more than $100. I am their customer, who bought a car from them back in 2024. The guy who works there doesn't give a shit about the customers. It seems like he doesn’t care; $150 seems normal to him. It’s Hyundai. $150 for an oil change I would give 0
