This hotel is in bankruptcy. I pray that it is purchased and turned into affordable housing for seniors. It's perfect for that!

this place is very unprofessional they dont like to pay there bills and constantly making fabrications and lies when it comes time to pay a bill on services needed. beware stay at your own risk. they called for a service and were aware there would be a service call now they say cant remember even when given a invoice they refuse to pay we aint the only company in coachella valley that had this problem . While the rates are reasonable, pool is clean & nice, night staff are friendly and knowledgeable, the building interesting with history, the rooms were not clean, in need of repairs (photo inside the shower), and very young daytime female receptionist was extremely rude, locking us out of our room before we checked out. Other times we’ve stayed here without any issues.
Nice relaxing place. Hansel head of the maintenance seems like he can do anything. Met Jeri Hansel his wife in the lobby. She is a delight.
