I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this provider's office? Yes Was this provider friendly? Very! The most welcoming office I've visited! How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Among the best I have seen Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Somewhat, they eventually called me back Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? No, they never postpone my appointment

Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Not at all! They exceeded my expectations Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever! Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely!

Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of. Their staff is very friendly and professional. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me.
