I would not recommend Dr. Shadid to anyone. His Oak Park location has some of the worst customer service and logistics I have ever seen from an orthopedic provider. They take on too many appointments and are behind several hours EVERY visit (I’ve been there 5 times for a broken hand and have waited at least an hour on each visit). Dr. Shadid is not who you are getting here, either. I have never met, let alone seen Dr. Shadid in this location in the 4 times I’ve been. The clinical opinion here is that of a PA, not a doctor.
