Great! – I'm originally from NY and am very picky. My best haircuts have been w/those trained at Vidal Sassoon. I have a lot of hair that's thick and straight and always want it thinned out A LOT! Most of the time stylists just don't do enough and it's a real struggle to convince them to do more. Not w/Heather, she was great! Not So Great – Lazy Receptionist, poor customer service, no confirmation call, really bad haircut..I won't be back
fabulous job – Just moved down from ny and was very nervous about finding a new hair stylist... I went to heather with my thick, curly hair with no life. She did a partial highlight and cut. The cut was wonderful and knew how to handle my mane. HEATHER moved salons and isnt there anymore :( I STILL would not trust my hair with anyone else down here! Hypnotix Spalon is fabulous and I am picky!! – Just about the time I moved to Wilmington NC from Los Angeles, I was exploring my new town and was constantly driving past this very hip brand new sPAlon, Hypnotix. Wonderful salon! – I recently moved to Wilmington, and had to search for a while to find a salon that I liked. I knew as soon as I stepped into Hypnotix that it was the place! The decor is amazing, the music is great, the people are all very friendly, and the environment is very relaxing. I also love Aveda products! I recently had my hair cut by Kim and she did an amazing job! It was a very pleasant experience and my hair was perfect! I would recommend her to anyone. Very Happy – I was very pleased with my experience at Hypnotix. Kim did a great job on my color and cut. I strongly recommend going to her. The salon is decorated very nice and while I waited to get started I was offered a free hand massage which was wonderful.
Wonderful!! – The salon is well decorated, the staff is so friendly! I had the 1st of 3 green science facials and I can already see a difference! Christina was so nice and very thorough. She helped me find the correct products to increase my results.
Best Salon in WIlmington for a reason! – I just moved to Wilmington and was terrified about finding a new salon. I tried a few and finally ended up at Hypnotix. What a relief! My service was relaxing and my hair turned out beautiful! Everyone in the salon complimented me on it as Caitlin was finishing up with it. She made sure to have the nail person come over and give me a hand massage while I was processing. She took her time but I wasn't in the chair for hours on end like usual.
