I paid $18,500 for a full top-to-bottom engine build that was supposed to make 600 horsepower to the wheels. After completion, the truck only made 380 horsepower on the dyno — nearly 220 horsepower short of what was represented. To make matters worse, after only 5–10 miles, the camshaft is already showing scoring. There should absolutely not be cam damage on a fresh engine with almost no run time. Josh took care of me the best I have ever been take care of by a business owner. For starters, I live in OKC and took a chance on driving to Tulsa because of his reviews. I’d drive 4 hours to have him work on my vehicle if I had to. I had my Tahoe towed up there Sunday and he had the transmission rebuilt and truck ready by Monday afternoon. I just want to say thank you to Josh and the Crew at Hypnotic Customs LLC Mechanic Shop for providing exceptional service. I could say thank you a Billion times if I could. A friend said I should give Josh at Hypnotic a try. I had my 2020 Ford F150 Limited at 2 other shops in past couple years for Turbocharger and Exhaust leaks. Went to Hypnotic and they got me fixed up quickly, plus found some work not properly done by one of the other shops. This is my go to shop now. I can highly recommend them. So glad I gave them a try.
