Josh took care of me the best I have ever been take care of by a business owner. For starters, I live in OKC and took a chance on driving to Tulsa because of his reviews. I’d drive 4 hours to have him work on my vehicle if I had to. I had my Tahoe towed up there Sunday and he had the transmission rebuilt and truck ready by Monday afternoon. I just want to say thank you to Josh and the Crew at Hypnotic Customs LLC Mechanic Shop for providing exceptional service. I could say thank you a Billion times if I could. My alternator was bad, and my car kept stopping on me; I stopped at O'Reilly to get a diagnostic test, only to find out I had a bad alternator. Josh has been such a God send when it came to getting my car fixed. I had the unfortunate luck of having my 2016 Hyundai Elantra broken into TWICE over a 6 month period and he was extremely helpful with getting my car re-keyed, fixing my ignition (x2), ordering new windows, and replacing my battery for a very affordable price. Great experience!! My car was fixed much faster than I had expected & the quality of the work was excellent! I was explained everything clearly so I actually understood what was going on with my vehicle. Hypnotic Customs is where I will be going for any future repairs needed. Josh and Team did an excellent job painting my 2013 Silverado Truck. Even when they had to do more than what was quoted, Josh didn't upcharge me the difference, held to the quote I was given. Honest people and great service. Now, I know why, they were highly recommend.
