I paid $18,500 for a full top-to-bottom engine build that was supposed to make 600 horsepower to the wheels. After completion, the truck only made 380 horsepower on the dyno — nearly 220 horsepower short of what was represented. To make matters worse, after only 5–10 miles, the camshaft is already showing scoring. There should absolutely not be cam damage on a fresh engine with almost no run time. josh is a beast. his transmission work is the best i’ve ever experienced when it comes to any mechanic shop i’ve been to. he stayed in contact with me sending pictures and videos of all the work being done and got my truck in and out within a day. he even stayed after hours to let me pick it up same day. i’ve never experienced that before especially with transmission work. you can tell he really takes pride in his work and taking care of his customers. thank you josh and the hypnotic custom team! i will be back

Josh took care of me the best I have ever been take care of by a business owner. For starters, I live in OKC and took a chance on driving to Tulsa because of his reviews. I’d drive 4 hours to have him work on my vehicle if I had to. I had my Tahoe towed up there Sunday and he had the transmission rebuilt and truck ready by Monday afternoon.
