Very satisfied! I was studying for the SAT and I had problems with an anxiety that would lead me to answer questions wrongly consecutively. So I asked Alex to help me with my anxiety problem. What I really love about hypnosis with Alex is that the induction and deepening is super smooth and requires nothing from you (as opposed to other hypnotists). First, it works! What sets Alex apart from anyone else is process. From the initial analysis to actually working with you, Alex establishes a direction so you know where you're going and what you're going to accomplish together. Well, well worth it!
I was recommended to try hypnotherapy some time ago, but I dismissed the option straight away. This was mainly due to my skepticism towards the subject. However, managing to put my skepticism to one side I ended up on Alex’s doorstep, although i didn't hold out much hope for success. I was pleasantly greeted at the door and Alex sat me down and explained the process of hypnosis, and how he could help. Once I had agreed to go on he started to do his thing. I needed serious dental treatment but I was terrified of going to the dentist. I went to see Alex and made the discovery that it was actually my fear of injections and needles that stopped me going. Alex hypnotized me and made me feel that I didn't have a care in the world - I was so relaxed. I let go of the fear and when I was at the dentist's I just let him get on with it whilst I kind of drifted away. Thank you Alex for your help and the care that went into it.
I had just finished law school and was ready to take the Bar Exam. I studied and studied, but still didn’t feel confident enough to take the test. I called Mr. Hertzberg and asked him if he could work with me so that I could take the test. He told me that he had worked with others who also were going to take the bar exam, and that they both passed the test the first time after few hypnosis sessions with him.
