I highly recommend working with Shirly, she has a very warm and empathetic energy and made me feel comfortable right away! I've had a fear of public speaking since as far as I could remember and was looking for some form of remedy to the nervousness, sweating, and uncontrollable shaking that would occur whenever I would have to speak.
