Terrible staff experience — avoid this clinic Dr. Arpitha M. Reddy, MD was very knowledgeable and took her time explaining everything, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the experience was completely ruined by the medical assistant, who had absolutely no bedside manners and was extremely rude. The staff’s attitude made the visit uncomfortable and unpleasant from start to finish. It’s a shame because the doctor seems great, but the team around her is terrible. I would not recommend this office — you’ll regret going here.
