I spoke with GINA the front office girl on January 10th about a referral from Healthpoint Medical in PCB. She said she did not get the referral. I then called HEALTHPOINT MEDICAL knowing that they sent the referral the day before, even before I left their office. I left them a message about the referral, they failed to return my call, even after being a patient there for 6 years. Today is Feb 1st.
