Yes...Southwest Backpack - !!!!
They make great stuff. I’ve used this pack on five day climbs up Glacier Peak and Mount Olympus as well as quick overnights up Rainier. Even my five year old loves it!
I walked the length of South America in the Southwest 2400 pack and the ultra-mid 2 shelter. The two things I was looking for in my gear was durability and weight. This company have figured out an almost magical mix of ultralight and enduring gear. Even ran into a bloke in the middle of nowhere Chile who had been hiking with one of their packs for over 5 years of rigorous use. It’s not a purchase, it’s an investment.
Great gear, lite and fun.
I purchased the Ultamid 2 , Windrider 3400, pods. Like the simplicity and the low weight.
First trial run in the snow. The thoughtfulness put into each feature shows. Love that I could access each zippered pocket with gloves on. The new chest pouch was spot on. Light snow, freezing rain, everything dry. Love, love. Next rainstorm, I'm taking it out all day.... can't wait to see how it performs!
My sw 2400 is perfect for any trip I’ve gone on. Hope to pick up the echo 2 soon for Patagonia.
It's nice when companies like Hyperlite can do big giveaways and give back.
