Great cut and nice vibes
Philip did an amazing transformation of my pandemic-box-dyed hair. My natural hair is black so I asked for a natural blond balayage. Philip spent a total of more than 6 hrs on the job painting strand by strand. He is a magician - the colors blend in so well together. I love it!!
