The staff was incredibly friendly, made me feel at ease, discussed multiple options.
Who to go to for my need. Dr Yi was nearby and convenient and I know him from attending the same church. From the front desk to the surgery room everyone was welcoming, kind and professional. I admit I don't like being in a dentist's chair but my experience with Dr Yi and other staff was very good. Dr Yi was able to allay me of my fears concerning the true nature of my need.
Had a great first experience at the office yesterday! The hygienist and dentist both took time to explain everything to me as they went. I felt well taken care of and look forward to going back for my next visit!
