Great service as always. The people are what make this dentist the best. Everyone you deal with from the receptionist to Dr. Yi are stellar.
I've been going to Dr Yi's for almost a decade, and actually enjoy my dentist visits! The office is inviting and the staff is very personable and professional. Most time is spent with the dental hygienists, and they've always been skilled and gentle. Dr. Yi provides honest feedback and is also very friendly. Even though I moved out of West Seattle 5 years ago, I look forward to my trips back for dental checkups (even with the WS bridge shut down!).

I really appreciate the efficiency of your systems and personnel. I was contacted a week in advance of my appointment regarding my payment and insurance. It allowed me to update my records and understand the costs. Annalis was extremely skillful with the cleaning and I would like to have future cleanings done by her. I was able to pay and book a future appointment easily and quickly at the end of my appointment. Thanks to all.
