Very impressed by his honesty and willingness to help me save money. I thought we needed a new attic fan, but he suggested that we just disconnect it because it isn''t actually doing any good. He was also the first of 3 repair people who looked at it who realized that although there is no on/off switch, it could be turned on for testing on a cool day by changing the temperature setting. Also didn't charge for his visit, although he did accept some gas money at the end when offered. I can't say anything about the quality of h... read more

Have worked with Tom on two projects, and will definitely use him again. When many other contractors were not interested in some storm/wind repair, Tom was the only one to come to have a look. Pricing is fair. Service and workmanship is exceptional!

Work on the roof was just ok. I was not impressed that the roofers used my front awning as a work platform. It was perfectly flat before. Now the back edge near the roof is completely wavy and holding water now. "It was like that before" Tom said". How convenient to say that. Not impressed at all. Will not recommend them to anyone.
