I have used Bob and this company for 8+ years. Every interaction has been professional, helpful, and honest. From my experience, in the HVAC business, integrity is in short supply. The time came to replace all of our HVAC equipment, Hyland was **30% less expensive** than the next closest quote. The installation crew was fantastic, they did a great job, and cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend Hyland and Bob.

For an AC tune up in the past, I called a company that advertises extensively on the radio and you see their trucks everywhere. The tech came and I was told I could probably use more refrigerant; the price they quoted me was $617 for 3 lbs. (if I needed that much; however the 1st lbs. would be very expensive, hundreds of $, then get cheaper for each additional - why??).
