RecommendedHylan Dental Arts displays customer service at its best. The reception lifted my mood even though I came in because of a very painful toothache, and I really felt special. Even though I didn’t call, I was able to meet with a dentist. The source of the pain was a badly decayed tooth. Root canal treatments were recommended as well as dental crowns.
I had a failed restoration some time ago, just a few days after I underwent oral surgery. In desperation, I called Hylan Dental Arts and to my surprise, they picked the call almost immediately. It was easy to fix an appointment with dentist. Dr. Alex identified that I had a failed restoration and knew how to fix it. The crown dental fillings procedure went smoothly and I couldn’t be happier.
Came it at 1:30pm. Writing with post at 4:50pm still waiting .
I and my whole family have been going to Dr Yelena for several years now. She is awesome! My kids love going to the dentist because of her! She is the best. I highly recommend her!
I went in on a emergency visit , everyone was very nice , and the doctor was wonderful and painless . As of now HYLAN Dental arts are our new family dentist . Very happy .
This place is terrible !!! Do not go , waited over an hour for my appointment. The doctor took 10 minutes for my exam and cleaning ! It was a horrible experience , it was extremely rough and painful . The doctor rushed through the entire procedure and I bleed everywhere because she was so rough , I was noticeably in pain and the doctor didn’t care . Also I the front reception forgot to give me my ID back . Don’t go!

Worst dental office ever first they constantly make mistakes back to back even after insurance and I informed them of the mistakes and how to correct them they will still try to scam the insurance companies on top of overbooking multiple patients for the same exact time and have you waiting 3+ hours totally regret ever setting foot in this place.
