I researched for months as to what brand hot tub to purchase, and settled on a new Hydropool after reading great reviews. Ordered our 679 Platinum specifically for the self-cleaning function, only to have it leak less than two weeks after receiving it from the floor plate. Complained to the store, they sent out a tech to check it. Unfortunately the tech cut up the insulation blanket in multiple spots, chipped two corner panels and scratched another panel.
