Repaired a pool cover for me. Did a great job and a lot less then I thought it would cost.
Jon and Charlie came to repair leaky plumbing in our spa. They were here on time, very professional and courteous, and completed the repairs with reasonable pricing.

4 stars — Friendly, professional, and quick work. I'm dropping from 5 stars because of poor communication and lack of follow-up. Hydrocare's communication systems are a real weak spot. Their automated texts can't be replied to, but then they'll text you from random personal numbers that can. They don't check voicemail, and their emails come from individual addresses rather than a shared group inbox — so if someone's out or leaves the company, your message disappears.
