They no called no showed a service appointment and then could not reach the technician. They offered no alternatives or explanation. AWFUL!!!!! DO NOT USE!

So. This is a very nice group around a long long time. I was considering digging deep and getting one but.....I went to Facebook and saw a gentleman Jake Sabat...I'm assuming it's the owner or advertising like 5..6 ads for spas..swim spas at 4k...4k Everything is 4k. Then ...I kind of got pissed off. Seems kind of careless they are running mooch ads on fb. I mean I didn't even know they were doing anything at 4k Ok Jake. U got my attention.
