We recently bought a jacuzzi from Hydro Spa and had an excellent experience from start to finish. Jake helped us pick out the right model. He was patient and knowledgeable, which we really appreciated because my husband always has a thousand questions. They no called no showed a service appointment and then could not reach the technician. They offered no alternatives or explanation. AWFUL!!!!! DO NOT USE!

Had a great experience with Hydro Spa. From our initial information gathering in the store, to our flawless install, it was a seamless process.
