So. This is a very nice group around a long long time. I was considering digging deep and getting one but.....I went to Facebook and saw a gentleman Jake Sabat...I'm assuming it's the owner or advertising like 5..6 ads for spas..swim spas at 4k...4k Everything is 4k. Then ...I kind of got pissed off. Seems kind of careless they are running mooch ads on fb. I mean I didn't even know they were doing anything at 4k Ok Jake. U got my attention. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff
My experience with this company was AWFUL. Basically, I bought a Sundance Spa in 2021 and I had a problem with it. They showed up, diagnosed and said that they won't fix because I bought in West LA. They said: Call the store you bought it from. Here's an example: I have a BMW that I bought in Valencia, but I service in Calabasas. What is the actual problem with them since they ARE the Sundance Authorized Retail in my area? Just bad business, rude and zero respect. Go to Pacific Spa in West LA.
