Jim can and fixed a faulty electric connection underground of my controller. Checked the zones as well. Very knowledgeable. I did have a hairline crack in the winterizer pipe. They plan on coming back again soon. Edit: Craig came and fixed that for me. Great job!

This company is a joke. Someone came out to turn on our sprinkler today. And that is what he did just turn it on. Never checked any zones. A few hours later a neighbor knocked on the door and said our sprinkler was leaking at the street where it’s turned on. Called the company to tell them and was told that the guy who turned it on would probably not be able to get back today. In other words my water is going to continue to run until he gets back. They are always prompt, phone calls are returned quickly and they always show up when they say they will. This is obviously a seasoned company with office staff and great employees in the field.

Driving down Hartford rd at 7:50am on 4/24/24 and I stopped for a group of school aged kids on bikes at the crosswalk so they could cross. This professional van decided he didn’t want to wait and pass me in an intersection with kids crossing on a double line which is highly dangerous and an illegal pass. Do better with your drivers cause your company almost cost least 6 kids lives!!!!
