Ritello machine is unreliable. Repairs take forever and machine broke again after 3 uses. Expensive and unreliable.
Please think twice before purchasing anything from this company. They want you schedule an appointment for repairs and cleanings but never answers the phone or return calls.
I love everything about this! The free air purifier I received was so cool, and perfect for my son’s room. We all have allergies, and when I saw the home unit- I knew I had to have it! The rep was friendly and knowledgeable and having them local in Round Rock is so convenient!!
They don’t care, they won’t even pick up the phone
I purchased a Hydro Air R-solution device on 07/16/2021 and I returned it on 07/16/2021 within the 3 day grace period. Looking at my credit invoice I noticed the $200.00 down payment charge was never refunded back to my credit card. I have tried to call this company so many times. I have left message after message and I have also, submitted a ticket request for service and they will not follow up with me about my refund. I guess at this point I will have to report them to the BBB and see about taken them to small claims to g... read more
