The place to go for anyone serious about taking their training to the next level! As a 225lb marathon runner, this place has been a blessing for me. From the Chryotherpy that I get 3 to 4 times a week to the soul rejuvenating cocktails that provides immediate hydration, you just can't go wrong. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff that gets you in and out. I love it.
I recently visted Hydralive Therapy after completing the BHM 26.2 Half. It was a humid & hilly race that left me feeling drained so I decided to try IV therapy as part of my post-race recovery. My nurse Morgan was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. The Beast Mode cocktail was the perfect boost! I'll definitely be back.
