Our truck was down hpsx inc. (Portland) had parts in stock. Late in the day they processed our order and we were able to pick it up and get back to work the same day. This place must be miserable to work at. Each rep I’ve dealt with have zero customer service skills. Bare minimum communication and almost passive aggressive.
