The food is good and the pies are to die for!
Elise, my waitress, friendly and polite. Food came out quick. Allie, (alley cat) very nice. Great sense of humor. I had a brush with fame. Alley Cat is a manager there. I'm so honored to have met her.
Home cooked meal that satisfies every time. Nothing is ever pre-made and mass produced and you can tell by ever bite. This is a Hamilton favorite and you can tell by the many people that frequent Hyde’s on any given day. Hyde’s feels like home and the people you meet feel like family.
Food not prepared the way it was asked for and the server was non attentive.
Bowl of chili wasn't hot. Asked for extra cheese got 2 1/2 filled 2 ounce plastic cups of cheese. Sandwich wasn't cut thru. Only a tiny bit of ham on HAM sandwich.
Was at Hydes yesterday and have been going here for about 45+ years. The food quality was not good My husband and I both got soup beans came out cold the first time and slightly warm the second time my husband ate because well he will eat most any thing I could not eat the cold beans and had to go I was on my lunch break. The girl that waited on us offered free pie which I had to refuse I would not be home for at least 4 hours and could not just leave it in the car that long.
