I’ve ordered from here many times before, some excellent food and some days were okay. But yesterday’s order was very disappointing. The Thalappakattu biryani was overcooked, the rice was mushy and the meat was chewy. Guys, if the pulao doesn’t turn out well, please have the courtesy to inform the customer rather than sending out something that doesn’t meet your usual standards. Chandrashekar pastry specialist did a awesome job I ordered cake for my baby birthday and he made a delicious 4 flavored minions cake and it was super good and I am going to recommend him for any cakes you like to order

We cannot stop coming to this restaurant after the first time we had the veg Manchurian, veg biryani, and noodles. No one else in the area does it like this restaurant!

UPDATE — Regarding the owner’s response below: Unfortunately, the owner’s response does not accurately describe what happened. At no point was I told that a replacement Chicken Kodi Pulao was being prepared or asked to wait for one. The plain pulao was specifically given to me as the replacement. When I questioned this, the waiter told me the chicken was already in the Chicken Fry Piece Biryani and that I could mix it with the pulao and eat it.
