I've been a tenant for over 20 years, and I stay here because they are such incredible property managers!
I have been leasing for over a year now and have never had an issue with maintenance! The leasing office/management is no better than you would expect, but the maintenance, especially Mario and Newton, are always very quick and very reliable!
This location is perfect but the issues my family and I had here was the amount of insects we have all seasons and currently tested our apartment for mold and came back positive so check the apartment fyi cause we’re currently seeking another place to live because it’s not safe for our child he is currently sick due to the mold doctors say. Been there for 2 years and Mario is awesome very hard worker.
I’ve been living at the Miller street apartments and any issues we had the building always takes care of it, Mario is especially helpful and My lease was automatically renew without any issues. They also have parking on the property
