Got to the location at almost closing time and I needed flowers for a friend's house warning. Kenny was nice to understand my plight even though they were almost closing and was able to whip up a nice arrangement. I highly recommend them
Truly Unfortunate.. Today I had a very bad experience with a gentleman who works for the florist. It cost me $180.00 dollars! He was very disrespectful. His business etiquette and customer service was below average. The guy was so preoccupied with other clients that he didn’t hear a word I was saying while making the order. After calling him to report his error he denied it like a child. In all due respect to the owner of the company, you’re only as good as the people you hire.
