The staff is really bad, the corporate office is worse. I called over a month ago to fix the gate since i had someone try and follow me to my apartment. They said they had to wait on a bid. i asked for security at the gate since we had it before, i was told that was up to the corporate office. I was also told that before we had vehicles broken into. CF values the safety of cars over yours. DONT MOVE HERE if you value your safety.
