BRUTALLY Hot in the Summers If you don't actively enjoy being hot in the summer, you should avoid living here. We unfortunately had no better option for a period spanning two summers, and it was an incredibly uncomfortable, stressful, and frustrating experience. The AC units these apartments were designed with are incapable of keeping up with the summer sun that bakes the west-facing buildings in the complex. I signed a year lease from August of 2024-August of 2025. In my time of living here, I have had numerous neighbors move in & out on the side of me and above me (I was on the 2nd floor) & so the first thing I want to mention is that the walls are PAPER thin. No matter who it is or how quiet they try to be, you will still hear them. Which on the other hand, if you have a loud/noisy neighbor/newborn baby, be prepared to live in misery.
