This is a detailed revised review as of August 12, 2026. Currently experiencing severe plumbing issues in both bathroom and kitchen. Ongoing mold issues which will more than likely condemn this apt once DHEC takes a look at it. These apartments are absolutely horrible. When we first moved in they had spray painted the bathtub as a quick fix to the disgusting appliances they have. We are now moved out and because they could find nothing else to charge us for they’re trying to charge us for the paint coming up on the bathtub. Happens when you do a cheap and easy fix. They will not respond to emails but are threatening to send these charges to collections. While we lived there we had mold growing in the bathroom which they kept telling us was “mildew”... read more

Highly advise to NOT moving here. Building is over 100 years old and the HVAC is definitely not up to date, so be prepared for erratic power bills. Also, Apt mgmt has not done any pest management in the 7 years I have lived here.

I am a current tenant writing to express my extreme frustration regarding the recurring AC leak and mold in my apartment. This issue has been ongoing for a year, and despite my repeated requests, it has not been resolved.The mold in the carpet and walls is a direct health hazard to my five-month-old baby. It is clear that previous 'fixes' were only temporary, as the water damage is now affecting the unit below us. We cannot continue to live in these conditions.
