An issue regarding our AC had occurred during the transition from asset living to noah property management. Despite the shift, Emily and her team swiftly solved the problem once notified, i couldn't ask for better service!
It was a long day - but the office staff at the sister property - Mauldin Heights had my paperwork & keys ready and was so pleasant and kind. Moving is stressfull by nature, but that alone was quick and made the whole day go smoothly! Thank you Washina and Chandler - you are AWESOME!
Ongoing issues that have been going on for Months, Years. Horrible management. These conditions are inhumane, A/C hasn't been working ALL summer we were given a window unit but its so small in doesn't keep up with these heat waves. Fridge has not been working properly, it will cool & turn off. When ever we turn on the faucets from the bathroom & kitchen black oily residue comes out. And the roach situation is out of control!!! There's always an excuses when it comes to getting the problems/issues resolved.
