barely a 3 The apartments have mice. And other critters. The apartments are built in a way that when you move in, everything looks ok but then they slowly start to fall apart. The girls in the office are ok but the maintenance crew only kind of fixes things. I am def not going to renew my lease. There are always cops dtwn the street which idk if is good or bad.
Hyde Park Apartments I've been living here for almost 2 years now. I don't have any major complaints, I love my apartment only thing I can say is hopefully you don't need anything major repiared because maintenance tends to act afraid of big projects. But otherwise the neighborhood is awesome at an awesome price.
Family Perfect This apartment community is great for small families the apartments are a very large for an apartment they are more like a small condo the best part is the eat in kitchen there is so much cabinet storage and space I would recommend anyone to live here!
